Bill Davis, ECCO’s director of sales branch operations.
Bill Davis is settling into his new position of director of sales branch operations at ECCO Supply, one of Canada’s largest distributors of HVAC and related products.
Davis brings a background as a top-level executive in the HVAC industry with a number of the world’s largest manufacturers. He counts several key areas of focus among his drivers for success including creating long term vision and strategy, implementing organizational and process change, integrating new systems and assignments of key people, and execution of key initiatives.
His specific background in residential and commercial equipment is a major boon to ECCO as growing market share in these segments is a keen organizational focus.
Another new face at the company is Kevin Locke, who has taken up the position of director of procurement based at the corporate operations office in Langley, B.C.
Locke will be working with all corporate buying positions including customs and freight, vendor management, steel purchasing, as well as corporate marketing.
Meanwhile, Bobby Yu has succeeded Norm Grusnick as manager of the Burnaby, B.C., branch’s commercial sales department.
Yu has worked with Grusnick for several years and steps up to fill the void left by the 24-year company veteran, who announced his retirement in December.
