PARTING SHOT: The Blob is Back

Officials in southwest England say it will take eight weeks to break up and remove a 64-metre mass of grease and garbage that is blocking a sewer under the streets of Sidmouth, Devon. While smaller than the 250-metre monster discovered under the streets of east London in 2017, the obstruction is big and nasty enough to cause real damage to the seaside town’s sewer infrastructure.
